Located on a working horse spelling farm, the 3-bedroom cottage is perfectly located to enjoy all Cambridge has to offer.
The Te Awa cycle-way goes right past the front gate, 2.7km to Leamington shops and 4km to the centre of Cambridge town.

About.
Grosvernor Park cottage has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. It is fully equipped with all the latest amenities to ensure a comfortable and stress-free stay.

Rates.
(minimum 2 night stay):
Low season - 1 May to 31 Oct $460 per night (excluding Fieldays)*
High Season - 1 Nov to 30 April $600 per night
​
And additional cleaning fee of $100 applies per booking.
* Please be aware that peak time rates will be in effect during the Fieldays event. Additionally, all bookings for Fieldays must be a minimum of 4 nights.

Cottage Rules
Grosvenor Park Cottage is located on a working horse spelling farm. Please stay within the boundaries of the cottage and please do not wander the farm. We request that the gate to the road is closed at all times.

Payment
​
Full prepayment is required prior to your stay. For bookings more than 3 months in advance 50% deposit is required to secure your booking with balance due 10 days prior to stay.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel before a week of your stay and receive a full refund.

Cancel within 1 week of your stay and you will receive a 50% refund.

Cancel within 24 hours of your stay and no refund will be given.

"Fabulous home. Very clean and lovely touches to make you feel at home. Spacious, cosy and very well appointed. Good sleeping arrangements for 5 of us with x2 bathrooms - perfect for teens and grandparents all together.
